Training learners is good for business branding and presents a prime opportunity to increase the knowledge and expertise of possible employees. In this day and age, the development of employees is costly to the company. It is better to have in house training as employees/interns miss out on work time when they attend seminars etc. training does, however, provide the individual and organization many benefits that make any costs incurred worthwhile.
