Computer Courses in South Africa

Computer courses in South Africa. There is a wide scope of employment opportunities available for the visually impaired in both government and private sectors.  Action provides computer training using special software “JAWS” for all people with disabilities.  We understand the issue of people in rural areas being excluded and that is why we offer lodging for learners until they have completed their course.

People who are visually impaired no longer have to rely on donations of cash and can now join the mainstream of society.  Computer courses in south Africa opens such doors.

By training learners for 6 months we can bridge the unemployment gap.  People with disabilities in the rural areas can now become technologically literate.  This is an uplifting and rewarding experience for the visually impaired who are an overlooked group of south Africans.

Computer training is crucial and the need for computer centers across South Africa is needed.  We would like to increase the numbers of blind learners into learnership programs, so that they can live comfortably and become employable.

We offer up to date computer training.  We empower the blind so that they can become successful members of society.  One on one training is provided in training – from basic to advanced.

Action uses the correct equipment and software for users visual needs.  We focus on creating a stress free training environment for all learners so that they can have a pleasant learning experience.

An ideal working environment is vital for those with visual impairments.  The correct lighting and desk position makes it easier for the blind learners.  Standard computers and software can be altered to suit the learners needs.  We ask our learners what they prefer and try our best to accommodate them.
