Computer Skills For the Disabled is in Demand

There is a huge demand for computer skills for the disabled. Reason for this is that data science skills in South Africa is a global need. The demand for such skills is skyrocketing and we realize that people with disabilities can meet this demand.

Applicant for learnership programmes have to be between the ages of 18 and 35 years of age. You do not need a degree or previous experience. At Action we offer advanced computer skills for those who would like to enter into a learnership – including all disabilities.

We need to recognize the value of people with disabilities and their capabiiites. We at Action rely on sponsorships for equipment and software and have been fortunate enough to gain such assistance. Our classrooms are fully equipped with up to date adaptive computer software and tools.

We offer our students with disabilities the best computer skills training with top notch training modules. We focus on skills that will bring about independence and excellence for all our students as individuals. This is our passion, to empower and bridge that very vast gap of unemployment.

Unemployed men and woman with disabilities now have a chance at a brighter future through a qualification. They also have opportunities to build a better future for themselves and their children. Many South Africans with disabilities can now enter into the workplace with confidence. This is why we do what we do, to empower and add value.

Employers require a certain skills pool when they recruit. When our students gain such skills they are productive and valuable assets to all sectors. Learnerships are beneficial in more ways than you will ever know. There are not only tax incentives and BEE scores, but a workforce like no other! Computer skills for the disabled opens doors for many.
