Action is looking for a Sales Agent to start immediately.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Call for funding of current and future projects
- Make cold calls to leads and generate sales
- Generate value off a non-closing call
- Have strong objection handling skills
- Have a strong telephone manner
- Meet daily, weekly, monthly targets and annual key performance indicators (KPIs)
- and other duties as may be required by the organisation
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Matric
- 6-12 months consecutive outbound call center experience preferably in the NPOs sector
- Knowledge of CRMs particularly Goldmine will be an added advantage
- Other sales and/or call centre experience is an advantage
