Many learning programs are short and not so sweet – Seminars and conferences. They may be helpful for introducing certain basics to business, but ultimately a waste of time and money. A few weeks after a seminar and all is forgotten.
On-the-job training is the best investment as its repetitive and habit forming. Continued learning while applying what is learnt just makes perfect sense. The learners have a positive working mindset as they apply what they learn. There is an added sense of teamwork which helps the working environment.
